What is the production time?

All of our products are in stock. Production time is 1 week for products that are out of stock or out of stock.

What is your shipping method? (cargo, bus etc.)

Due to the sensitivity of the devices, we only ship with bus companies for domestic device shipments.

In how many days will my order arrive?

After your order is received, it is packed the same day and delivered to the bus within 1 working day at the latest.

Is the shipping fee included in the product price?

For sales, repair and warranty exchanges, the shipping fee belongs to the buyer.

What are your payment options?

Do you have installment payment / credit card installment option?

You can pay in installments via AkÖde Pos or PayTR. For sales with installments over 4 installments, commission/duty difference fees are reflected to the buyer.

Can I return the device that I am not satisfied with?

You can return any product(s) you have purchased from Teknik Dental -with the exception of products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised--without giving any reason- even if the product is not damaged within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of signing the delivery or sales contract. For a return, a written notification of the right of withdrawal is required, provided that the package of the product(s) you have purchased is not damaged and unused.

Following the receipt of this notification by Teknik Dental, the confirmation information regarding the receipt of the notification will be shared with you, and within 14 (fourteen) days following the receipt of the notification, the price of the product(s) subject to the right of withdrawal will be returned to you in accordance with the payment method.

The products to be returned must be delivered together with the original product invoice. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the original invoice must be returned. However, if the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal deductions, if any, will not be refunded.

What is the warranty period?

The warranty period of the devices is 2 years.

What does the warranty cover?

Teknik Dental guarantees to correct the problems caused by the manufacturing defects of the devices.

Within the scope of this warranty, Teknik Dental is obliged to replace or repair faulty parts in the devices returned within the warranty period.

Shipping cost is borne by the customer.

This warranty does not cover devices that have failed as a result of misuse, high or irregular electrical voltage, negligence, accident, modification, or unauthorized repair.

MoSİ2 resistances are not included in the warranty.

Porcelain oven resistances are guaranteed for 1 year.

The product I purchased came damaged / wrong, what should I do?

The customer is obliged to inspect the device as soon as it is received. The customer must notify in writing of any damage to materials and workmanship within 30 days of receipt.

Unreported damages are not covered by the warranty.

What does your technical service include?

We only provide technical service for Teknik Dental products.

Our technical service covers maintenance, cleaning, parts replacement, software updates.

How do I maintain the device?

Speed ​​M: Periodically every 6 months, make sure that the fans are running, that the upper resistance connection screws are tight and that the heating chamber is clean.

To clean the heating chamber, run your oven frequently when it is empty.

MP200: The heating chamber becomes contaminated over time with foreign matter and moisture. This situation begins to affect the quality of your work. Depending on the frequency of use, run the oven at high temperature from time to time when it is empty, and ensure that these substances burn away.

How do I clean the device?

Unplug the oven before maintenance as there is a risk of electric shock.

Never clean the oven with detergents, flammable or combustible solvents.

MP200: The oven is very hot for a long time even after unplugged. You can clean the outside of the oven with a damp cloth. The rubber ring around the table should be cleaned daily. Clean this area with a brush and remove dust and particles that may cause vacuum leakage.
